The payout process for winnings is subject to strict regulatory oversight. On the one hand, this ensures that every payout undergoes the necessary checks to prevent misuse of our services for illegal purposes (e.g. money laundering). On the other hand, it guarantees that payouts to customers are processed in full and without unnecessary delays once all required verifications have been completed.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our service, you can contact our customer service at any time. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may submit a formal complaint to [email protected]. The complaint should include the following information and attachments:
- A scanned photo ID document that allows us to verify your identity
- A description of the timeline and the reasons for the complaint
- Any documents you have that support your account of the issue
We will carefully review the matter and inform you of our decision within two weeks. If you do not agree with the outcome, you have the right to contact an independent arbitration body.

Game Fairness
Before any game can be offered, it must be reviewed and approved by the regulatory authorities. A key aspect of this review focuses on randomness. Whenever a game includes a random component (e.g. shuffling cards, spinning a roulette wheel, slot machines …), this process must be genuinely random. On the one hand, this means that random events in the game occur statistically as often as defined by the game rules.
